 Racial hierarchy in Seattle ?

Sometimes I wonder if most of the infrequent instances of racial prejudice that I encounter in Seattle is the result of white people being unable to express their frustration with African-American belligerence other than to take it on a much less assertive racial minority.

African-American (with their sense of moral and racial superiority) take it out on whites, and whites, in turn, take it out on Asians, Hispanics, and other racial minorities.

Of course, in Seattle, one is "not supposed" to have thoughts like this, self-censure being the modus vivendi...
